Back to nature Vintage tables

Back to nature Vintage tables; Vintage tables, with tops either in old and antique oak or in walnut: they are highly appreciated by end users due to the warm feeling they transmit and their strong appeal to the true carpentry tradition. Yet, they are often combined with metal bases, often with sophisticated interlocking games between legs and tops: this makes them highly modern and contemporary. Common denominators of all of these tables are their simple shapes and the wide range of versions and finishes, for both the wood and steel bases and for the top in the various “vintage-effect” essences. Tops can also be in resin, cement-effect…It depends on the tastes of the chooser! Often for both outdoor (under a nice patio) and indoor use, these tables are also perfect for green building, since they respect the philosophy associated with it. Green building is actually a science focused on man-house-environment relationship. Building a house according to green building means to reduce the impact of buildings on human health, but also on the eco-system, opting for the use of renewable resources and materials that do not damage the environment, such as wood and rock wool. This type of tables perfectly adapt also to highly contemporary environments: an excellent example is the Gustave table by Miniforms, design Paolo Cappello, which represents a synthesis of the use of wood tops and metal base. Gustave proves to be a perfect elements to be inserted in eye-catching environments: the top finishes, either in natural wood or cement-effect resin, make it extremely versatile. Gustave Plus on the other hand is the extendable version: the top perimeter features a 30° cut that helps to visually hide its extensions, once they are closed.
